First ISCC-PLUS Certified Plastic-to-Oil Plant in India
We have setup a plastic-to-oil plant in the industrial area in Wada, Palghar, Maharashtra. Through operations in this plant, we have perfected the technology to address engineering challenges associated with processing dirty mixed plastic waste from dump yards.
We have also implemented several in-process and post-distillation steps to meet the specifications of cracker-grade oil for advanced chemical recycling.
The plant has processed over 10,000 metric tons of mixed plastic waste and supplied output to more than 10 global clients across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. This is India’s first plastic-to-oil plant certified by ISCC-PLUS for circular polymer production.

Produces Clean Oil
A major challenge in advanced chemical recycling is to generate oil with low contamination of heteroatoms such as halogens, nitrogen, sulphur, metals, etc.
Despite using dirty mixed plastic waste from dump-yards, our process consistently produces clean pyrolysis oil with very low heteroatom content—making it suitable for advanced refining and petrochemical applications.
